First, the Board and I would like to thank the Association members that showed up for the Annual Meeting this past Tuesday.  More than half of the Association lot owners participated!  In my 19 years here this was definitely the best attended neighborhood meeting (unless you count the bonfires of course).  It is wonderful to see fellow homeowners get involved and engaged.  It's especially rewarding to the folks that put their time into managing the Association affairs.  Thank you one and all!
