This is year #2 in our contract
with Wade Landscaping for snow removal services. We all remember last season saw a rough start
for them. Let’s pay close attention to
their first couple of passes and make sure they hit the “nooks and crannies” of
our neighborhood just right.
The plowing contractor is “activated” for snow removal
automatically when snow begins to accumulate.
Please do not contact the plowing
service directly! If you have
concerns or issues report them to a Board Member.
Some may have noticed that stakes have already gone up. Feel free to do additional staking (within
reason) to protect your boundaries and utility boxes. Since our private roads are far narrower than
City streets some level of lawn damage may be expected, particularly earlier in
the season before ground freeze occurs.
While association by-laws prohibit street parking between Nov 15
and Apr 15, it is understood that some homeowners allow this on a temporary
basis. Please ensure you move your
vehicle into a drive well in advance of storm activity. Our By-Laws also prohibit the parking of
commercial vehicles in the Association.

SAFETY TIP!
Pay attention to parking at the entrance to the neighborhood when awaiting the school buses to ensure traffic can safely enter and exit.
